I love Thursdays because I get to update the comic, I usually have lunch with all my coworkers at the food court, and lately it has been raid night. And tonight we are finally going to attempt to kill the Lich King in WoW!

In less than three weeks I’m going on vacation to London so I’m busy planning and packing. The Shadows of Enchantment comic is not going on vacation though, there will still be an update on the Thursday that I’m gone. That’s what buffers are for

I remember doing this page while watching the last game of the NBA finals. Morgrath looks extra mad in the first panel because the Lakers were losing most of the game. I am the worst bandwagoner basketball fan ever, by the way. I ignore it all year and only watch it if the Lakers get to the finals.

Goodbye Summer 2010

Well, as quickly as it came, the summer of 2010 is drawing to a close. Unfortunately August and September are our hottest months. And even more of a bummer is that the summer movie season is pretty much over. What were your favorites? I think my favs this year were Iron Man 2 and Inception.

Let’s Go Surfing Now

I went to the US Open of surfing this weekend, an extravaganza of bmx bikes, skateboarding and of course, surfing, to see what it was all about. Turns out, it was kind of like comic con for cool people. I was really surprised, though, watching the skate boarders. They still fall down a lot. I thought that once you became pro, you would not fall down anymore, but they pretty much fall as much as my slacker neighbors. I guess the difference is that they are attempting much harder things.

In other news, you may notice that the comic is now on the front page. Hopefully, this will save people some clicks as well as make it easier to find the comic.

Edible Comics

I went to the Orange County Fair last weekend and had a great time. Saw all the fair stuff like the pig races, ice sculpture museum, oxen demonstration and the chocolate covered bacon. In the art building this year there was quite a bit of fantasy and concept art type stuff. I was so happy that the nerd art made it to the fair X) And hidden amongst it all was this gem, a comic made entirely of bread.

I must have been playing too much WoW recently because this week’s vote incentive is a warrior girl who looks like she would be right at home in an MMO. Please support the comic by voting!
